Antti Pohjolainen is a sales professional with several years of experience in enabling digital transformation in the health and welfare sector. His passion is helping public sector organizations realize the opportunities presented by digitalization to deliver better, more effective services to citizens and patients. He's currently heading Innofactor's Finnish sales team and is also responsible for the internationalization of Health Village outside the Nordics. Prior to joining Innofactor, Antti was heading Microsoft's healthcare business in Central and Eastern Europe.

Jörgen Gröhn works as a Digital Healthcare Lead in Sweden. Since 1997 after two trips to former Yugoslavia as UN soldier Jörgen started to install, develop and design solutions within IT and telecommunication. Jörgen's focus is to enable all Swedish patients to have access to high-quality and engaging digital health paths.
